AVP - Product Manager - POS - Bank

We have opening for AVP - Product Manager - POS (Point of Sale) with Leading Private Bank

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 8+ Years

Job Role -

- The applicant needs to be well-versed in the Payments industry. In a highly competitive market, he or she will be in charge of carrying out the Bank's Payments strategy.

- The candidate must assess product gaps, conceptualise a solution, and see it through to completion. The implemented solution must also be monitored for uptake, difficulties encountered, and future improvements that should be made to boost product usage.

- The applicant will be in charge of upholding the product policy and periodically reviewing it to look for ways to improve functions and processes.

- Working in cross-functional teams including BSG, IT, Operations, Process, and Compliance is a requirement of the position.

- Working with outside partners such as fintechs and vendors to deliver customised solutions is another requirement of the role.

Requirements:

- 8 years of work experience, with at least 6 years in the payments industry;

- Experience working in fintechs is a prerequisite;

- Strong people management skills are required to excel in this role;

- The ability to critically analyse and solve problems;

- Comfort handling large amounts of data and interpreting it to facilitate critical decisions.
