Role/Job Title: Product Manager-Cash Management(CMS)

Grade - AVP

Business: Transaction Banking Group (TBG)

Function/ Department: Product - CMS Business

Place of work: BKC Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

'Finalisation and management of FinTech/Vendor tie-ups with focus on achieving best in class product offerings. Liaise with regulatory bodies such as NPCI, RBI for smooth execution of trasnactions. Working with Regional Sales/Coverage heads for designing customised CMS solutions for sustained Current Account balances. Liaise with regulatory and internal audit teams and ensure nil regulatory/control deviations.

Benchmarking product offerings with competition and work on new-age technology to provide diffentiated CMS solutions. Focussed efforts to increase digital foot-print by increasing BXP usage for CMS customers.

Secondary Responsibilities:

'Handling of day to day trasnaction approvals and issues across collection and payment products. Work closely with Ops and IT to ensure smooth execution of various product offerings. Work on system development initiatives and implementation. Process standardisation and optimisation along with Operations and other stakeholders. Focus on Retail/Business Banking segment and make necessary alterations in product to suit said segment.

Key Success Metrics:

Cost saves, achieve product profitability in line with defined KPI/KRA and objectives.
