- Ensuring the revenue target achievement every financial year by driving
- New acquisitions
- Customer retention
- Marketing Strategy
- Measure effectiveness of marketing projects and modify for future based on the outcome/result achieved
- Increase customer acquisition.
- Responsible for increase in PnL.
- Responsible for overall revenue targets from customers, while managing relevant products pertaining to Retention and Usage Enhancement for the given area.
- Engaging with retailers on a regular basis for successful new product launches
- Segmenting customers by studying their usage behavior and analyzing data of customers pertaining to their recharges, MOUs, usage days and other activities in relation to our network.
- Development & Management of various Subscriber Retention Programs.
- Identification & Management of various Usage Enhancement Campaigns.
- Scanning of Retention-led Activities in the Marketplaces from time to time and their Counter Programs.
- Achieve the maximum net additions in circle compared to all other competitors
- Target companies : Preferably Telecom Sector
