We have urgent Requirement of AVP – Product Management

Designation: AVP – Product Management

Location: NOIDA

Job Description

- Should be from SAAS based product’s company. Travel/Hospitality domain knowledge will be added advantage.

- Conduct Market Research, Surveys and other exercises using an agency or by meeting/interacting with Prospects/Customers/Channel partners and understand/analyze their feedback/feature requests or product requirements.

- Do a gap analysis culminating into action items from such Market Research or surveys.

- Determine product pricing.

- Advise management on Product Requirements, enhancement requirements and work with Engineering and Sales teams to ensure that field expectations are met and delivered before time to help sales win deals.

- Assist sales staff on winning large sales.

- Creation of marketing and sales collaterals.

- Creation of customer training material.

- Work on Go-to-market strategy for new product/releases-on-existing products launches.

- Visualize new products for Hospitality sector for horizontal growth of the company.

- Define and manage key product capabilities from concept to productized implementations and work on product strategies with the senior management team.

- Press Releases, corporate website content development and Interaction with Customers as well as make presentations and demonstrations on upcoming releases.

- Work with Sales/Pre-sales team and provide them with the necessary guidance on the features, functionality, use-cases and deployment that can be utilized during sales meetings, RFP/RFI responses or while preparing for evaluation. Assist with such documentation.

- Work with various certification agencies to get the product tested and certified.

- This requires understanding security testing/compliance/legal criteria and translating them to product requirements; upon which new (compliance related) features or functionalities are incorporated in the product.

- Write Technical Notes/White-papers and other content for market communication

- Track competitor products for evaluating future direction of product evolution and market-positioning.

- Great self-starter and ability to take initiative all by him or herself.

Experience: 10-12 Years

- Hospitality or Travel technology domain background is a big plus

- Interaction with international client is must.

Education: MBA
