AVP - Product Management - Credit Card Industry

Job Description :-

- Responsible for New Product Introduction and end-to-end Product lifecycle management for the assigned Premium Product portfolio

- Work on enhancing value proposition of the assigned Premium product line

- Partner with key stakeholders for eg. Sales for outlining Sourcing Strategy for the product

- Decide upon Product Positioning, Branding & Communication strategy

- Coordinate with IT and other functions for process implementation/improvement

- Work on new strategic and long term alliances and partnerships to enhance the product value proposition of Premium products

- Ensure regular audit of key processes/policies

- Development and maintenance of Product Collaterals along with Brand and Communications team

Qualification:

- Graduate/ Post-Graduate with 7+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management or Credit Card Industry

- Good Relationship management & communication skills

- Understanding of Product P&L and its components

- Good analytical skills and understanding of Portfolio management
