Job Responsibilities:

Work on new product development initiatives to digitize product offerings under CMS receivables product suite.

- Work closely with Operations, Technology, Sales & other stakeholders to implement & enhance product solutions under CMS receivables like E-Collections, NACH, E-Tendering, API based solutions etc

- Develop new product solutions ahead of competition and leverage technology to provide value added solutions to clients.

- Drive and support the sales team in customer solutioning.

- Work with the sales teams to introduce electronic solutions for customers using physical modes of banking.

- P&L ownership of the products owned.

- Proactively engage with other business groups such as client coverage, operations and technology to achieve stated objectives.

- Keep abreast with market developments and new products /technology to enable best in class digitized product offering creation.

- Identify customers present needs and future expectation and solutioning around the same

- Benchmark capabilities with competition on an ongoing basis

- Execute defined strategy and marketing plans

- Proactively monitor progress, provide support & remove bottlenecks as required

- Work on the close looping of customer environment to ensure flows get tight lidded within the bank.

- Work on process improvement and digitalization of processes w.r.t. the suite of products under the CMS umbrella.

- Work closely with operations and customer support groups to benchmark delivery standards and costs with competition and make necessary adjustments to the current process flows.

- Respond to customer's needs/complaints and make appropriate changes in process delivery and resources.
