AVP Product Manager

The AVP-Product would be responsible for leading the product management function and the product management team. In this role, you would be accountable for the following :

- Represent the product, the company, and the business model in an independent manner in front of all stakeholders ; customers, executive leadership, sales, marketing and implementation teams

- Work closely with all stakeholders to understand and prioritize the most important drivers for business growth.

- Train and drive the product management team to prioritize, optimize and deliver impactful features.

- Own the product roadmap planning and communication on a quarterly and yearly cadence

- Work closely with the development and the marketing teams to plan and launch value bundles within the platform.

- Work with Ops/Recruitment/HR functions to plan and build teams and processes for growth and scale

- Evangelize the product story ; around impact, growth, and the future ; both internally and externally to build transparency, trust and confidence.

- Foster a culture of data-driven and feedback-driven decision making within the product management function, and provide confidence for the PM team members to do the same

- Bring processes and structures to ensure effective collaboration between user research, UX design, engineering, and product mgmt. functions to ensure delivery of the right features at the right time
