Role Description:
In order to propel business expansion and improve customer experiences in the consumer internet area, the Associate Product Head will spearhead the creation and implementation of creative consumer internet product strategies. The ideal applicant would prioritize cross-functional cooperation, user-centric design, and data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Development: To improve customer experiences and company results, drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
To develop effective solutions, identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and client needs in the online consumer environment.
2. Team Leadership: Oversee and guide a group of four or more product managers, encouraging a culture of creativity, cooperation, and quality.
To guarantee that project delivery is in line with corporate objectives, clearly define goals, provide team members clear instructions, and keep an eye on their performance.
3. Cross-functional Cooperation: Establish and rank product requirements in close coordination with the engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics teams.
To match product ambitions with overarching company objectives, collaborate with key stakeholders.
4. Customer Focus: Use user research, data insights, and customer feedback to inform choices and enhance product performance over time.
Create user-friendly, intuitive solutions that are suited to B2C clients' demands to maximize the customer journey.
5. Performance Analysis: Establish important metrics to gauge the success of the product and track advancement in relation to these standards.
Track product performance and pinpoint areas for improvement by utilizing data analytics technologies.
Skills:
1. Experience: At least ten years of product management expertise with a track record of success in the business-to-consumer market.
2. It is required to have prior experience in the consumer internet sector.
3. Proven capacity to successfully manage groups of four or more people.
4. A solid grasp of product management techniques, such as Scrum and Agile.
5. Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
