Process:

Manage multiple teams covering various products like Asset classes: Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities

Ensure appropriate controls and reviews are maintained for Daily P&L, reconciliations, Month end closing

Supervision of daily and monthly P&L.

Substantiate daily and monthly adjustments held in P&L and Review monthly balance sheet.

Review various reconciliation reports and adhoc reports.

Adherence to SLA's

Identify/ manage risk and control

Regular interaction with Traders, Regional finance team and management

People Management

CA/CPA/MBA Finance with 8-12 experience in a financial service industry with hands on knowledge of Investment Banking model and products.
