Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive product communication strategies to promote the company or mutual fund products and enhance brand awareness.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Investment , marketing, sales, and compliance, to understand product features, market positioning, and regulatory requirements.

3. Create engaging and informative product content, including brochures, fact sheets, presentations, webinars, videos, and other marketing collateral, to effectively communicate product benefits and value proposition.

4. Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across all product communication materials, aligning them with brand guidelines and compliance regulations.

5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product communication enhancements.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate product messaging into marketing campaigns, digital assets, social media platforms, and other communication channels.

7. Develop and deliver product training materials and presentations to internal stakeholders, including sales team, relationship managers, and customer service representatives, to equip them with the knowledge and skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits.

8. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of product communication initiatives, utilizing data and feedback to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting mutual fund products and their communication.

10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all product communication activities.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in finance, communications, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in product communication, or related roles within the mutual fund industry.

3. In-depth understanding of mutual fund products, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks.

4. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling product messaging.

5. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

6. Proven experience in creating engaging content and marketing collateral for mutual fund products.

7. Familiarity with compliance regulations governing mutual fund communications, such as AMFI guidelines.
