AVP - Procurement - Pharma

- To lead purchase function of a large Group of pharma and pharma related companies. Purchase function manages procurement of raw material, packing material, chemicals, consumables, engineering items and capital projects - civil, infrastructure and equipment.

- Develop purchase strategies, Managing supplier relations, contract negotiations, purchase prices, material quality and delivery timelines.

- Negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.

- Develop, implement and improve purchase systems and processes with industry best practices, cost reduction, vendor evaluation etc. Identify and develop new vendors for quality product and better commercials.

- Measure and conduct periodic review of supplier performance and service levels. Managing day to day purchase activities and team supervision.
