A Procurement expert with strong knowledge on IT infra and IT Application and software.
Key Objective / Purpose of Job :
- This key role is responsible for leading and developing the central purchasing operation for IT Infra + technology procurement.
- Key responsibilities include organizing, coordinating and directing one or a combination of major programs and activities of the purchasing function including the supervision and staff development of professional and clerical support staff.
- Duties include coordination and use of Procure to Pay (P2P) ERP solution and developing and recommending departmental goals, policies and procedure.
- Additionally, this role will be responsible for advancing spend analytics and reporting for the benefit of the whole organization.
This role must also develop and lead in reducing risk through development of process and policy around management of third parties in coordination with Risk Management partners.

Procurement Strategy :
- Global Sourcing and Negotiations for the specific requirements under the Category
- Process improvement in the cross-functional nature of activities with internal and external stakeholders to build procurement efficiencies
- Performance improvement thru- global collaboration to drive execution of the procurement strategies and processes.
- Active participation in enhancing automation
- Spend management for the specific categories of procurement
- Increase capacity of the Procurement organization by developing and managing the strategic plans and process improvements
- Assure compliance with the policy and controls by maintaining adequate workflows and protocols
- Provide subject matter expertise to the projects and operations team in managing the supply chain and procurement related systems and interfaces
