Key Areas:  - Experience in optimisation of processes of Digital products/Services in BFSI to enhance Customer Experience.  - Drive operational improvements by process innovations.  - Ability to use tools such Lean and Six Sigma methodology.  - Identify gaps, review, improve and re-engineer business processes.   - Adoption of change to ensure a good customer experience with digital products and services offerings.   - Also be responsible to identify, track and monitor key risks, issues and interdependencies as part of the optimization process.  - Minimum 10 years of extensive experience with at least 8 years in Process Optimization  Educational Qualifications:  - Bachelor's degree preferably with MBA or equivalent.  - Six Sigma/Lean Certifications a must.   Requesting only relevant candidates to apply.
