AVP - Process Lead - Data Analytics - BFSI/ITeS

Designation: AVP Process Lead Analytics

Location- Kolkata

Shifts- Candidate should be flexible with the shifts Timings

Process Lead Analytics- will be responsible to perform monthly data collection and data validation for the Global ServCo. The role will involve identification of monthly ServCo related data requirements, gathering of the data from various sources and service providers and validation of the data to ensure precise and accurate bill generation by ServCo to various Service recipients.

The role will require to form a detailed understanding of the multiple complex data sources and ensure that impact of any changes or issues are analyzed and appropriately implemented. The role will also support the validation of the data provided by the Delivery Service Providers and remediation of any issues.

The Process and Analytics Lead will support the ServCo Commercial Management Standards and Improvement Lead in the above process. Excellent understanding of VB, Macro based Excel analysis, reporting and preparation skills are essential. In addition, the candidate should have experience managing demanding stakeholder across the organization and managing external expectations.

- Coordinate with various data providers to ensure a seamless data collation on every consumption cycle

- Analyse the queries received from Service providers and/or service recipients generated through the Query management system, identify resolution and ensure that it is provided/implemented, as needed

- Automated extracting, transforming and loading data from multiple sources into large spreadsheets

- Design, develop, and test macro based Excel models

- Lead the automation of the process utilizing the strategic tools

- Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents

Skills/Experience Required

- Very strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and proven ability to develop analytical interfaces

- Advance MS Excel skills. Excellent ability to develop required formulas, concatenations, if statements, pivot tables, V lookups, macros, charts, VBA,

- Problem Solving ability, Quick in drawing conclusions from the required analysis

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management with proven ability to develop analytical interfaces

- Identifying and presenting risks and areas of opportunity as a result of the analysis

Experience of forming and maintaining network relationships - solid partner/stakeholder interaction skills

- Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
