Your role as AVP-Private Wealth focusing on upselling mutual fund products to Retail and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) involves several key responsibilities and strategic objectives:
Developing Strategic Plans for Upselling:
- You will create and execute plans to upsell mutual fund products based on your client database, catering to both Retail and HNI segments.
- This involves leveraging insights from client profiling to tailor offerings effectively.
Generating Leads and Expanding Clientele:
- Drive initiatives to generate fresh leads through referrals and networking, expanding your client base strategically.
- This proactive approach ensures a continuous pipeline of potential clients.
Setting Ambitious Business Targets:
- Establish ambitious yet achievable business targets for your team, focusing on upselling products and enhancing client relationships.

Key Point of Contact for Clients:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and strong relationship management.

Acquisition and Servicing of HNI/UHNI Clients:
- Lead efforts in acquiring and servicing High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), leveraging your relationships and expertise in wealth management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NISM Certification: This certification demonstrates your understanding of securities markets and regulatory -requirements, which is beneficial in advising clients on investment products.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
