AVP - Private Equity - BFS

- Regular assessment/screening of investments, execution of investment opportunities;

- Understand market drivers, and assess key risks, and opportunities; prepare financial models;

- Prepare Investment Committee memo, Pitchbook, and Fund Information Memorandum;

- Lead the end-to-end M&A transaction, preparation of valuation model, deal structuring, hiring and coordination with advisors, negotiations on deal documents, and preparation of board presentation.

- Investing in private companies through direct investment or PE/VC funds.

- Perform business diligence, industry benchmarking, and research

- Regular portfolio monitoring and reporting to investors
