AVP - Presales/Solutions - LPO/BPO

Should have graduated from a Tier 1 law school

Presales/Solutions/Transition Experience Must for Litigation, Documentation, E-Discovery Process

LPO Background mandatory, should have been in LPO for last 5-7 years

LLB preferred.

The key responsibilities will be dual : both delivery oversight (25%) as well as Presales /Solutions (75%)

- Should have deep understanding and knowledge of solutions in the LPO space, including Contract drafting/review; IP services, US litigation and eDiscovery/document review services

- Should have prior experience of working in a BPO environment

- Should have expertise in and led several projects in the following areas:

- eDiscovery,

- Document Review in domains like contracts, patent litigation, class action suits, SEC &DOJ investigations, general litigation

- Contract Drafting/review

- Contract Abstraction

- IP docketing and paralegal services

- IP research services

- End-to-End Case management Services

- Should have experience in creating training modules, and in training people.

- Should be familiar with the US judicial system and litigation practice and procedures.

- Should have expertise in using legal databases like Emptoris, Ariba, Upside, Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, Ringtail., Needles

- Significant experience in client facing, sales or presales

- Demonstrated ability in managing solutions/ transitions for large offshore projects in a related area with the ability to independently author responses and manage bids in equity research.

- Strong interpersonal and influence management skills

- Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
