- Knowledge of customer-requirement trends and issues within industry verticals and ability to proactively target pain-areas
- Thorough understanding of sales cycles and buying process, funnel and pipeline management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Building proposals and interaction with internal delivery, finance, legal, marketing teams in developing account specific communiqu .
- Pre-sales support in the form of responding to RFPs, RFIs, preparing proposals, presentations, creating research and business reports, handling client visits. The role basically pertains to offshore client/account relationship management
- Participate in Due Diligence/Assessment at client site
- New Business Acquisition
- Involve with identification and creation of platform solutions in the Insurance space
- Initiate and implement the innovative concept of BPO + Consulting in Insurance pursuits
- Participation in webinars, conferences, workshops and networking with advisors and analysts
- Support end to end Insurance process
- Establishing processes & templates for streamlined responses to RFPs, RFIs or other customer touch points
- Regular participant in internal best practices communities, knowledge management initiatives.
