Presales/Solutions - Senior Manager/AVP
AVP - Min 15yrs (10yrs to be relevant)
- Should have hard-core equity research domain preferably at a leadership role
- CPA/CFA or advanced accounting or financial management qualification
- Significant experience in client facing, sales or presales with equity research clients.
- Should have handled large deals independently in an MNC environment
- Experience in significant solutioning knowledge in content and operational Project Management experience
- Should have worked in large equity research company in delivery/ client facing roles
- Demonstrated ability in managing solutions/ transitions for large offshore projects in a related area with the ability to independently author responses and manage bids in equity research.
- Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts
- Strong interpersonal and influence management skills
- Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve the problem with a win-win negotiation approach
- Build & Maintain customer relationship / Transition & stabilizing the process / Ensure service delivery excellence / Liaise with Support units / Meet client & management experience / Take complete ownership of process, people & account
