Education : BE / B.Tech + MBA.

Looking for Technology Evangelist for building technical competence across Cloud, Data, Enterprise tools (SAP, SFDC) and Large deals (infrastructure Managed Services & Testing) to build new verticals in the BFSI, Healthcare and Life Science space and enhance the existing verticals in the Technology Media & Telecom, Retail and CPG sector.

Leaders who would set the vision & Strategy for the growth of the Practices and provide solutions for fortune 100 clients.

This role will report to the CTO directly and drive cross functional leadership across the organisation.

Ideal Candidate

- Set the vision for the practice and define the strategy, operating model, enterprise-architecture, and transformation roadmaps of the technology organizations.

- Identify and implements critical metrics necessary to manage and monitor the performance of overall operations.

- Develop strong relationships with clients, as a trusted partner, and to engage in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and pipeline development.

- Understand client's business strategy and lead work defining the link with technology and the architecture landscape, including organization, information, and infrastructure & applications.

- Direct the design and delivery and integration of solutions, ensuring they align with clients' objectives, requirements, and industry best practices.

- Solid business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations for clients.

- Should have experience in handling large customers across multiple verticals and geographies.

- Should have experience in collaborating with the sales and presales and delivery teams and in handling Order Book Pipelines, deal structuring, POC's RFP's and negotiations.

- Should have handled revenues and will be responsible for the P&L for the geography and grow the practice 40% YoY.

- Should have prior experience in building practices and teams and responsible for developing competence internally on technologies.

- Should be a subject matter expert with a strong understanding of technological advancements, best practices, and industry landscapes.

- The role will be a key catalyst and spokesperson for clients, technology team and key decision makers and Senior leadership teams.

- Should be people's person who can guide and mentor large teams and should be flexible to changes towards organisation growth.

- Good communicator with strong stakeholder management and people management capability.

- Rich experience in architecting and designing Business solutions, in a service organization in delivering consulting engagements.

- Relevant experience in consulting in an enterprise architecture, digital advisory, or technology delivery environment. Expert level knowledge in SDLC, agile/waterfall, and consulting delivery methodologies.

- Domain expertise at a proficient level in one or more technology competency areas.

- Strategic orientation and analytical & problem-solving mind-set to spot issues ahead of time and work creatively in a time-limited environment.

- Ability to keep a cool head and flex hours in the face of ambiguity multiple deadlines and emerging challenges and priorities.
