Overall Experience / Relevant Experience Required:

The role is responsible for servicing life & annuity funds and unitized funds. This supervisory role covers client liaison, fund reporting, cash and asset transfers, and fund transitions. Act as a point of escalation, providing assistance, oversight, and ensuring team training and development.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate workflow activities, ensuring effective and efficient functions.

- Implement systems, processes, controls, and procedures in response to Regulatory, Organizational, and Strategic changes.

- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place.

- Compile investment reports, process cash and asset transfers, monitor data quality, and respond to client queries.

- Manage fund transitions, Solvency II, and additional reporting requirements.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Leadership and strong analytical thinking

- Technical knowledge of life and annuity funds, CASS, Solvency II, ITAP/Non-ITAP base funds

- Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills

- Experience in client relationship management, transaction processing, and broad understanding of Investment Operations system infrastructure.

- Degree in Finance/Mathematics/Economics, relevant IOC or Investment Management qualification
