Role/Job Title: Portfolio Manager-Organic Growth for Credit Card

Job Purpose:
- The Credit Card Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and executing direct portfolio stimulation and growth campaigns for credit card products. The role will support the planning, development, and implementation of portfolio growth tactics, existing customer management strategies, and the overall management of pricing initiatives and utilization promotions.
Key / Primary Responsibilities:
- Create portfolio management strategies to maximize portfolio growth across all customer contact points, including statements, customer service, direct/ e-mail, online/digital, and branch; Design, develop and oversee customer management programs.
- Accountability for Credit Card Lifecycle, Activations, Regular Spend, POS, International Spend, Retention of existing customers.
Portfolio Expense and Revenue/Loyalty/Rewards Management:
- Accountability for portfolio yield management and pricing initiatives
Risk Management:
- Partner with credit risk to strengthen control strategies, enhancements in credit policy, and portfolio-wide analytics and reporting.
- Partner closely with risk teams to identify opportunities within current credit strategies to optimize risk/reward trade-offs
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Build strong relations with leaders & managers of the partner teams
- Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience
- Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line and partnership's strategic objective
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

- Ability to evaluate potential business opportunities, structure the team's thinking, and reach insightful answers
- Experience in managing many partnerships simultaneously while shepherding multiple cross-functional opportunities and projects in parallel

Key Success Metrics:
- Drive and achieve the agreed business plan and P&L metrics though sales support and interventions
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Qualifications and Experience :
- Strong experience in credit cards, payments and /or managing partnerships with an understanding of the consumer Card and payment industry's challenges, a vision for its growth
