AVP - PMO - PMP - BFSI

- Looking for candidates with PMP Certification from PMI and strong exposure in PMO for at least 10-13 years.

- Strong written and presentation skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences including senior management and the Board.

- Influencing and negotiating: has the confidence and gravitas to influence and challenge at executive / board level.

- A thorough understanding of the purpose, culture and fundamentals of the Global Change Delivery

- Experience in previous team management role

- Ability to work independently with limited guidance

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders

- Strong understanding, analyzing and interpreting skills when working with information (both financial or non-financial) and variance reporting
