Essential to build and manage a robust process, and standardize various disparate processes:
- Good knowledge of Clarity (4 years)
- People management skills (3 years)
- PMO (end to end )
- Would be managing a small team of portfolio Analysts, involved in reporting services to Central team
- Delivering an appropriate level of support to stakeholders - internal and external, located in various locations and operating with varying maturity levels
- Support Priority and enterprise-wide programmes (such as programme management, governance, initiation support and quality assurance assessments)
- Deliver complex standard and ad-hoc reports that are aligned with prescribed Reporting and Insights processes, guidelines, frameworks and data requirements
- Deliver ad-hoc data requests and insight, in a transparent, prioritized and efficient way, seeking standardization where possible
- Capture and verify data inputs and information on change portfolios to support the Portfolio Management team, contributing to the provision of a single view of the portfolio profile and current status"
