Designation - AVP PMO
Job role :
- Manager PMO leads the Project Management Office of a Project (or multiple projects) or supports PMO of a Programme.
- This role provides assistance to the Programme/ Project Manager to successfully deliver the programme from definition to closure.
- They will act as a source of guidance, governance and metrics on projects supporting the Project Manager for strategic decisions.
- They are responsible for following the Business Transformation Framework using standard project management tools such as Clarity, SharePoint and working closely with counterparts at centre of excellence and Support Services.
Desired Skill set :
- Should have good experience in managing projects in a banking environment and change projects.
- Should have good understanding of the complete project lifecycle, purpose, value, culture and fundamentals of Global Change Delivery, Business Transformation Frameworks etc.,
- Should have good people management and stakeholder management skills.
- Should posses good communication skills.
- PMP training or certification and Prince 2 certification would be preferable though not mandatory.
