About department : Persistency department has the responsibility of retaining the business. The broader objective they follow are as below: a) To help customers enjoy their risk cover continuity and/or other benefits in the policy through timely premium payment thereby helping company to maintain healthy profitability. b) To arrest loss of revenue by encouraging customer to stay invested for the full term of the policy. c) To ensure EMI collections of loans against policies d) We offer multiple options to its customers for easy renewal payment, including online payment through Credit Card, Debit Card and payment wallets, payment through Inbound IVR, Point-of-Sale machines, NEFT/eCMS and offline facilities to pay the premium at company's branches and numerous other partner branches including the company, Axis Bank, dropboxes etc. Around 78% of all collections by premium is collected by auto-debit and online modes. e) Auto-debit is a major focus area for Persistency. This involves management of the process of SI/ECS/NACH registrations at new business as well policy servicing. Technology and process improvement initiatives are periodically taken up to improve the process of acquiring new auto-debit registrations as well as manage the existing base more efficiently. Currently, 66% of the overall renewal base is tagged for auto-debit. Duties & Responsibilities : The incumbent will be responsible for achieving persistency results - The role will require to collaborate with Sales teams to drive field persistency by managing active relationship with channel partners and their TPP teams to drive persistency for the organization - Drive implementation of campaign management, cloud telephony solutions - Execute/Implement strategic initiatives to boost persistency levels - Monitor all initiatives taken and campaign launches with Measures - Provide regular update and ensure proper planning to ensure effective handling of in process/policies /products of the company - Conduct regular internal checks to critically evaluate the performance - Ensure Compliance to all legal and regulatory norms - Lead the preparation of Management dashboards and presentations Essential : - Total 8-10 yrs experience with minimum 4 yrs experience in leading team - Design strategy and business plans. Experience of working closely with Management is an added advantage. - Handled branch operations, hub operations or done sales for atleast 3 years
