In continuing with our client's focus on real estate in India, we are leading a search for a real estate professional to join the team.

Job Description - You will be highly proficient in financial modeling, especially complex real estate valuations / investment models

- You will see the life cycle of an investment - from sourcing, negotiating, investing and monitoring

- You should have the ability to engage effectively with developers, partners and investors

- You must be able to identify critical variables that influence value and source investments that fit in line with the fund's strategy

The Successful Candidate - You will report directly to the Head of Real Estate but also work in lean teams with VPs and Principals in the fund. You will have an MBA from a top business school (class of 2006/2007/2008) and possess between 4 and 6 years of real estate experience. This could be as part of the real estate team of a tier 1 Investment Bank or as part of the real estate investing team of a fund. You will preferably have an investment role in a real estate fund with exposure to both domestic and international real estate markets
