About our Client - Our client is a leading financial services conglomerate with an established Corporate and Investment banking captive setup in India.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Payments, your key responsibilities shall include:

- Investigation of cash transactions such as payments/remittances

- Investigation of missing funds and payments

- Management of the front to back process of cash operations

- Strengthen the core team of international payments & cash management operations experts supporting different countries & regions.

- Ensuring the implementation of the best in class processes across Payments & Cash Operations.

The Successful Candidate - You must have at least 10+ years of experience in the cash/ payments/ investigations

- You will be an expert in International Payments & Cash Management investigations and would have managed teams

- Thorough understanding of payment operations and fund transfer investigations as a domain and thrive in a dynamic environment requiring constant change

- You need to have excellent exposure in SWIFT, CHIPS, international/cross border payments.

- Exceptional communication & leadership skills, you will have a track record of success in driving productivity enhancement, technology & automation support to operations.
