AVP - P2P Tower Lead - BPO

Skill Set :

- Strong knowledge of Ops across all Towers and expertise in P2P Tower

- Understanding of Technology / Tools available in the market wrt BPaas too (COUPA / ARIBA / ACL / OB10 / OCRs etc..)

- Proven experience in Solutions support and RFP response

- Capabilities in driving Transformation Projects in F&A with special emphasis on P2P Tower

- Should be well versed with P2P Business Metrics / Process Controls and all enablers for Productivity.

Job Deliverables :

- Providing Solutions support and preparing RFP response

- Supporting in Client Orals and conducting Due diligence at Client site.

- Driving Global initiatives related to P2P Tower ( Business Metrics & Benchmarking / PAS / Process Maturity Models etc..)

- Support on EXLerator diagnostics and projects implementation for end Clients

- Getting new innovations / Tools / Partnerships wrt P2P Tower

- Work very closely with other P2P SMEs from Ops and drive Transformation Projects for end Clients
