AVP - Origination/Execution - Investment Banking

Opening : AVP-IB Origination

Responsibilities :

- Experience in Origination and Execution of IB deals (Capital market, PE and M&A) in Large/Mid Corporate domain

- Maintaining existing relationships with corporates

- Preparing pitch presentations, marketing material, financial modeling (not negotiable) etc.

- Mindset to take ownership of transaction and find a solution

- Ability to navigate across cross-functional teams and get the job done

- No specific sector experience required - must have mindset to specialize in couple of sectors, balance deep sector knowledge with product knowledge

- Resourceful in terms of network of friends, professional connects in the industry to source market intelligence

- Self-driven and aggressive ambitions, mindset to think big

Experience : Ideally should have 3-5 years of experience in an Origination Role for IB

Qualification : MBA

Reporting To : Executive Director along with VP for select transactions
