AVP - Organization Development
Objective : Driving programs that promote employee development, engagement leading to organizational growth .To assess leadership requirement , talent planning, re-organization , talent development and succession planning for business across company
Key responsibilities:
- Defining learning paths for competency development to create platform for employee career opportunities including employee Mentoring and coaching.
- Define IDPs and program to build future leaders.
- Manage various leadership development programs as decided in the beginning of the year to build a pipeline of effective leaders.
- Drive DEI objectives and manage programs under DEI that includes, awareness ,communication , events, and initiatives around ERGs i.e LGBTQAI+, PWD and Women.
- The responsibilities will also involve interaction with global HR team and various vendors, consultant.
- Regular reporting on initiatives and MIS will also be involved.
- Will manage Development plan at organisation and will drive various assessments and diagnostic studies to develop employees for their career development
Requirement :
- The incumbent needs to learn and understand Talent landscape and act at a catalyst in connecting OD objectives to various HR functions.
- The incumbent should have a good research and analytical mindset to assess relevancy of initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure the successful implementation of OD initiatives.
