AVP HR Organization Development
Job Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and implement Succession Planning agenda
- Conceptualize and implement Innovation agenda
- Design and deploy Senior Leadership Development and other OD Interventions
- Manage Critical Talent Interventions
- Design and roll-out of customized development and engagement programs for identified groups of talent
- Integration of new corporate beliefs and statements
- Launch and roll-out of Innovative interventions
Drive a Culture of Collaboration
Candidate Specifications :
- Post Graduate with a specialization in Human Resources from a top 10 B School
- Minimum of 10 years of solid HR experience with organizations of repute for HR practices, out of which at least 2-3 years should have been in an Organization Development role
- Exposure to robust OD and L&D processes desirable
- Should have relevant external OD connects
- Innovation experience/ exposure in previous roles/ organizations
- Combination of industry and consulting experience preferred
