- Job analysis and structuring
- Career management processes and framework
- Development interventions
Performance management :
- Process, method and framework
- Developing goals and alignment to roles, levels and streams
- Developing systems and integration of the same for reward and growth
- Emp Climate surveys, analysis and - actionizing- design, development and implementation
- Capability mapping through roles and jobs clustering and talent skill mapping with development and cross utilization frameworks
- Employee Branding - people function branding and best in class processes
