AVP - Order To Cash

Designation: AVP – Operations

Reporting to: General Manager - Operations

Job Loaction: Pune

Overall Experience: 12 + Years

Functional Experience: Order to Cash (Collections, Cash Applications) in CPG (Consumer products, electronics) & Retail domain.

Relevant Exp – 7 + yrs in O2C Operations. In depth knowledge of the OTC end to end process along with high level SAP experience in CPG and retail domain.

Should be able to demonstrate the below traits

- Strong customer relationship along with outstanding people management skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Action and results oriented individual with a strong willing and drive to challenge things

- Relevant expertise in process improvements

- Confident to deal with different hierarchies and get the issues sorted out.

Education / Qualification:

- Post graduation qualification

- Well Versed (Excellent working knowledge) with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP Accounting package

Span of Control: 50+FTEs, 2-3 Managers

Key Accountability:

- Team management and ensuring delivery as per agreed SLAs

- Work closely with client and managers in process performance benchmarking

- Ensure overall team efficiency

- Manage the overall team attrition within agreed tolerance

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure meeting of SLA targets / turnarounds.

- Subject Matter Expert on the Order to Cash (Collections, Cash Applications)

- Working with international locations

- Managing the reporting both for Internal purposes & Dashboard reporting

- Ensuring team delivers quality and drive process excellence (Continuous improvements)

- Maintain process profitability

- Manage the Team and Attrition Targets

- Adherence to defined Quality Standards across the processes

- Managing the Team activities (training/one-on-one/skips/ internal targets, manage monthly incentives)

- Manage Internal administrative tasks
