Job Description - Reporting into Director - Operational Risk, you would drive the implementation and governance of organizational risk framework within respective business area. You would support a qualified team of operational risk professionals across the geographies. Your specific responsibilities would include Support the implementation of operational risk framework, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the enterprise-wide Operational Risk Policy And Related Guidance.

- Create and maintain business level procedural documents to support the implementation of the operational risk framework.

- Create and monitor appropriate Key Risk Indicators to proactively identify exposures or control weaknesses.

- Support the effectiveness of business area risk management programs through appropriate cultural leadership and by ensuring the adequacy of resources, robustness of processes and controls.

The Successful Candidate - CA or MBA with minimum of 8 years of working experience in a similar role

- Comprehensive understanding of Operational Risk Management and good knowledge of Governance and Internal Control Framework

- Strong relationship building experience with ability to manage key stakeholders

- Proven track record of managing team

- Prior experience of working in Risk Advisory or Audit within a Big 4 or a professional accounting firm would be an advantage
