AVP - Operations Security & Risk Management - CA - BFSI/BPO

Operations Security & Risk Management:

- Looking for qualified CA's with 8 (Min) - 11 yrs of post qualification experience (relevant). - CA's only!

- Should have been or had worked on/with Investment Banking clients

This role encompases over 2 main activities:

1. OSM (Operations Security Management)

2. ORM (Operations Risk Management)

Main job responsibilities include:

- Engaging in root cause analysis for incidents with business partners

- Create, Report & Monitor KRIs

- Up-keepment of tools which are used for managing Operational Risk

- Guide & Nurture team in building sustainable practices/process for managing Operational Risk

- Build & Operate governance with stakeholders and onshore business partners

- Understand business priorities and work towards creating short term & long term actions to achieve such priorties

- Run Risk Culture Awareness Programe and build innovative yet simple ways to imbibe risk culture within every staff during his/her tenure with SG

- To address new security /risk concerns in processes

- Build common grounds (in terms of tools, processes) across all BL's for managing Operational Risk topics

- To establish best practices which is/are comparable to industry standards.

Key requisites:

- Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of 10 years

- Graduate / Post graduate with experience of 15 years

- Previous work experience or knowledge in enterprise/operations risk management and risk reporting

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Word, MS Access

- Proficient knowledge to build and maintain macros is advantageous

- Good in statistical analysis and synthesis of data

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Should have ability to understand broad issues (analytical thinking)

- Ability to cope under pressure
