Responsibilities:
- Responsible for complete operations management of the Revenue Cycle Management vertical including strategizing, planning, effort estimation, costing and monitoring of operational performance and progression.
- Drive operations with focus on maximizing capacity utilization by defining appropriate methodology and implement tools to facilitate the same.
- Building & maintaining strategic relationships with clients through effective communication
- Responsible for meeting client's expectations; ensuring client satisfaction by timely deliverables and feedbacks.
- Co-ordination with the Onsite US operations team.
- Preparing business operation reports and communicating progress and updates to Top Management.
- Monitoring of the Quality Management Process and Information Security Management Systems as per the requisite standards
- Responsible for training and development efforts and monitoring of team performance management.
- Review of Billing and its reconciliation.
Desired Profile:
- 10-15 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management operations.
- Possess strong communication and co-ordination skills - verbal and written.
- Possess strong team building capabilities.
- Time Management & Planning skills.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
