Looking for operational leaders who want to lead 100x expansion in sales and/or service at a high social impact and fast growth startup.
What you will do :
- Break down strategy into plans; execute plans by managing farmers, team and partners/vendors
- Standardize best practices, build institutional knowledge, train team
- Report data and insights
- Visit field 12-15 days/month
- Possible projects:
1. Build salesforce and channels to enroll 3,000 farmers in a year
2. Build world-class service team that serves 5,000 farmers in a year
