AVP - Operations & Delivery - Clinical Data Management/Clinical Research
MANDATORY:
Should have at least 10(+) years of experience in clinical research / clinical data management
companies preferably in Operations and Delivery
Experience in dealing with US clients
Six Sigma black belt / Master black belt certification will be an added advantage

About Process :
Ability to create higher ROI and optimization of work flow
Implementing better procedures and management methods
Generating strategies and policies associated with the goals of the organization
Ensure delivery of the project, on time, on budget and to the quality standards expected by the clients.
Oversee daily activities of project teams and provide direction and guidance as needed
Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
Accountability of team members for meeting their timelines
Driving measures that serves as a benchmark for excellent service delivery in adherence with SLAs.
Undertaking measures to enhance client satisfaction levels
Effectively managing clients and successfully achieving the client SLAs
Manage development and change requirements, including the process of assessment and authorization of the requirements
Responsible for release management ensuring services and projects are delivered throughout the transition and agreed changes are successfully implemented
Manage and plan the delivery pipeline for the project related demands throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the continuous improvement of the service by identifying all opportunities to do so
Coordinate feasibility and overall analysis of projects.
Analyse and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion
Excels in monitoring overall functioning of processes, evaluating improvement areas & driving improvement strategies for ensuring maximum operational efficiency
Giving guidance and mentor their subordinates and other staff
Abiding to the rules or direction given by the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors
Supervising organizations operation and delivery through coordination and directing
activities which are consistent with established policies, goals and objectives. Working with wide variety of departments in the company
Evaluate performance of the organization in meeting objectives and determine where costs can be reduced, what can be improved and what should be changed
Training the team from time to time on the latest practice / trends in the industry
Responsible for conducting timely audits in conjunction with the internal auditing team

Ability to lead a team is necessary, should have led large teams in past
Hands on Project Management experience
Strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and influence people
Excellent organization of time and ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlines
Strong verbal communication skills to speak to the clients and delivery team members daily as well as good written communication skills to create detailed reports
Good at managing multiple tasks
Keen customer centric approach with skill in addressing client's needs and problems
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports
Good computer skills to analyse data and create reports
Education - MBA in Operations preferably from a premium B school
Shift timings - 09:00 am - 05: 00 pm
Weekly Off - Saturday and Sunday Fixed off
