Financial Planning:

- Prepare and track Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for liabilities, assets, and fees across various products throughout the financial year.

Sales and Activity Management:

- Develop a monthly activity calendar for outbound activities led by Branch Sales Managers (BSMs) and Junior Officers (JOs).

- Implement Monthly Operating Plans (MOPs) for both outbound and inbound sales, with regular reviews to assess performance.

Performance Reviews:

- Conduct quarterly reviews for all branch employees.

- Review the productivity of BSMs, Branch Operations Managers (BOMs), and JOs on a weekly basis.

Daily Management:

- Provide daily guidance and support to BOMs and BSMs, and weekly support to Sales Officers (JOs).

- Conduct daily morning huddles to plan daily activities and set agendas for branch employees.

Customer Acquisition and Service:

- Ensure effective onboarding of new customers and aim for the sale of at least 3 products per customer within 90 days of account opening.

- Monitor and manage various reports related to customer accounts, FDs (Fixed Deposits), and sales activities to drive daily business generation.

Quality and Lead Management:

- Maintain the quality of customer acquisition through appropriate sourcing strategies and efficient onboarding processes.

- Monitor and manage lead assignments and closures to optimize lead management processes.

Market Expansion:

- Identify and tap into new markets or customer segments within the branch's catchment area to increase market penetration and business growth.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure branch compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Implement measures to mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.

Team Development and Training:

- Facilitate training and development programs for branch staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.
