AVP - Operational Risk Management - BFS

As a Risk AVP, you will:

- Oversee the control environment: Ensure a robust and sustainable control framework.

- Manage risk assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats.

- Ensure timely issue resolution: Proactively address and mitigate identified risks.

-Develop project plans: Create and manage project plans to implement risk management strategies.

- Collaborate with ORM managers: Work together to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.

- Monitor compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Design and implement controls: Develop and implement controls to effectively manage risk.

- Establish Key Risk Indicators: Create and monitor key risk indicators to track performance.

- Perform reviews: Conduct in-depth reviews of emerging risk areas to identify potential issues and develop solutions.

We are seeking a candidate with:

- Proven experience in implementing risk frameworks.

- Experience in second and third lines of defense.

- A strong understanding of the entire risk management lifecycle.
