Job Description

Reporting to the Control head, you would manage control and compliance across vendors. You would assist the business in identifying and developing solutions to potential issues involving operational and regulatory risk. You would ensure adherence to company process operating policy and also provide consultation and guidance to subordinates. You will conduct risk control self assessment and monthly process checks

The Successful Applicant

- You are an MBA with 6+ years of experience in operational control related job functions

- You have thorough knowledge of collection processes, Compliance and People, Operations, Credit and Training functions

- You have strong people management skills, vendor management ability, analytical skills and have a track record of leadership

- Willing to travel pan India for monthly review
