Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President for Operational Risk you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring implementation of all risk and governance policies

- Coordination & implementation of various risk frameworks such as reviews, reporting, analysis & incident recording.

- Ensure the implementation of a strong risk culture and mitigation mindset to be developed in the India hub.

- Pro actively identifying gaps within the operational processes and appropriate escalations

- Working closely with various department heads in mitigating controls.

- Driving productivity enhancement in order to raise operating standards & effectiveness of the functions locally.

- Playing the role of an internal risk consultant to the business.

The Successful Applicant

You are a qualified CA with at least 8 to 12 years of experience in the global securities Industry in particular strong experience in Operational Risk along with exposure to credit and market risk.You have worked in a Big 5 for a large part of your career With a strong solution oriented & analytical mindset you will be an exceptional communicator and proven at managing global stakeholder relationships.
