Our client, based out of Mumbai, is looking for budding and independent entrepreneurs for their innovation team to carve out next version of their product/offering.

About the Team
- Customer Experience & Innovation Team is responsible for innovating on processes and making sure that product and ops teams align together to deliver top notch experience to customers across all touch points
Key responsibilities:
- Data innovation: Build a data ware house with focus on customer needs and possible future trends in technology and devices
- Process innovation: Improve customer experience through cutting edge world technology such as artificial intelligence, imaging, content etc
Education:
- B.Tech/MBA from premier institutes like IIT/IIM/ISB/XLRI etc.
Experience: 2+ Years.
Skill sets: Project Management, Operations, Product Development
CTC: upto 25 LPA (not a bar for good candidate)
