1. EBO Branding:
- Develop and implement branding strategies for Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) to ensure alignment with the brand's identity and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging visual displays, signage, and promotional materials that enhance the EBO experience and drive foot traffic.
- Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all EBOs, ensuring that visual elements reflect the brand's ethos and messaging.
2. BTL Activities:
- Conceptualize and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, including events, promotions, and activations, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop BTL campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive traffic to retail outlets.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of BTL activities through metrics such as footfall, sales uplift, and customer feedback, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
3. In-Shop Branding:
- Design and implement in-shop branding initiatives to create impactful visual displays and merchandise presentations that drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Work closely with store managers and sales staff to ensure that in-shop branding aligns with merchandising guidelines and reflects current promotions and campaigns.
- Regularly refresh in-shop displays and signage to maintain visual interest and highlight key product offerings.
4. Strategizing Brand Look and Feel:
- Lead the development of visual merchandising guidelines and standards to ensure consistency in brand presentation across all channels, including retail stores, online platforms, and third-party outlets.
