Is this you?

- Interested in entrepreneurship and looking to work at India's fastest growing, Series A backed consumer goods startup.

- Bachelors and / or MBA degree from a top school (IITs, BITS, IIMs, XLRI etc); good grades there.

- Some experience of having worked in a factory or manufacturing type setup.

- 3-6 years of experience at a FMCG company with exposure to product development, innovation

- Strong work ethic with the desire to improve every day at work.

About the Role :

- The person would be the leader of our product function and would report directly into the founders.

The role involves :

- Program management on new product development initiatives; would be end to end responsibility from ideating on a new product concept -> identifying key positioning / differentiation points -> manufacturing pilots -> incorporating consumer feedback into prototypes -> product launch -> post launch feedback

- Ongoing improvement of existing products on any parameter that matters to consumer based on their feedback - a. Formulation (taste, ingredients etc) b. Packaging c. Differentiation etc

- Would need very strong stakeholder mgmt. skills as they would be collaborating with several teams internally and externally a. Manufacturing vendors b. R&D Vendors c. Internal company stakeholders
