AVP - Motor Underwriting

Key Requirements- Education & Certificates:

- Candidate should have an experience of 5 + years in a motor portfolio / underwriting role

- Prior knowledge in motor underwriting, motor actuarial

- Strong numerical and communication (written / verbal) skills

- Knowledge in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint

- Actuarial exams added advantage ( but not mandatory)

Key Requirements- Experience & Skills:

- Leading product function (Private Car / TW / Commercial vehicles) in terms of underwriting approvals and portfolio steering

- Drive system development, BOT Management, support system automation, UAT testing and sign off for new products, enabling timely payout to intermediaries

- Provide inputs to Actuarial team on pricing sophistication

- Support audit function to ensure compliance

- Stakeholder management for smooth running of business

- Market intelligence
