AVP - US Mortgage Operations
- Should have 15 years experience in US Mortgage Operations /Mortgage Servicing. Good understanding of US Real Estate, Mortgage, Residential Mortgage Servicing, loan agreements and documentation. Should have handled a team of minimum 50 people.
- Should engage team members, their performance management, career development, coaching, hiring, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Manage Attrition, succession planning and over all efficient workforce management. Should manage day-to-day operations and delivery and resolve problems/challenges. Identify controls and mitigate ops loss. Responsible for planning, coordinating and collaboration with onshore partners.
- Maintaining client Service Level Agreement Standards & client satisfaction.
- Good negotiating skills, good discipline,
- knowledge of domain and process expertise. Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Should be able to use lean and six sigma tools.
- Should be flexible to work in night shifts
