AVP - Mortgage Fulfillment Services - BPO

Role : AVP - Mortgage Fulfillment Services( Default Servicing & Foreclosure) ( US Geography)

Location : Pune

Role :

The primary role is to contribute to the success of the Organization by providing leadership and management of operational delivery across various clients in Mortgage Fulfillment Services for US Geography ( with expertise in Default Servicing & Foreclosure ). This individual will also drive the strategical initiatives across the vertical. Engage with clients to understand their requirements and drive the team to achieve the same.

Preferred Experience :

- 14+ years of work experience, predominantly in USA residential mortgage industry with in depth knowledge of entire loan life cycle.

- Servicing and Default servicing experience is MUST. Having handled Foreclosure and Bankruptcy will be an advantage.

- Exposure towards USA mortgage regulatory guidelines.

- Experience in handling huge team across multiple projects.

- Active participation in Solutions and Transitions is a must.

- Ownership of P&L or exposure towards

- Understand market dynamics and drive business decisions

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple deadlines

Educational Qualification : MBA / PG in Management
