As part of expansion of their global analytics team, they are looking for an AVP who can play a critical role in their financial division with direct exposure to the leadership of their bank working closely with global counterparts

Job Description - Reporting into the Site Head, you will be responsible for- Building MIS Capabilities planned for centralization resulting in consistency & standardization of reports, cost efficiencies of scale, regional governance and control.

- Execution and delivery on MIS reporting requirements

- Rationalization of MIS requirements

- Standardization of metrics and templates

- Creation of new reporting requirements

- Process Automation and Enhancements

- Development of Self Service Business Intelligence Capabilities

- Be a direct interface of the team with the various stakeholders

- Be directly accountable for flawless execution and delivery on meeting the reporting requirements

- Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 information solutions analysts

The Successful Candidate - As a successful candidate you should have 8+ years of relevant work experience with extensive knowledge of MIS & Data Management principles and Information Systems development, with particular emphasis in the use of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Architectures

- Program managing MIS/Report development , Data management activities

- Previous experience in similar roles Handling large volume of data , Advanced SAS is must

- Hands-On knowledge on the following technologies - SAS, MS SQL Server, UNIX, COGNOS, .Net and Java technologies , Qlikview , VBA , Automation etc

- Good exposure to Financial Services businesses , On-shore / Off-shore model Possess and apply sound decision-making disciplines

- Good project management skills and leadership potential
